How we handle prototype brief details
What we collect
When you send a prototype brief, Early Solutions receives the details you choose to submit. This may include your email address, project description, current stage, what the prototype must prove, budget range, deadline, company or file link, and any extra notes.
Why we use it
We use this information to assess the enquiry, decide whether the project is a good fit, reply to you, and discuss possible next steps. We do not sell enquiry data and we do not use it for automated profiling.
How it is stored
Form submissions are sent to the Early Solutions mailbox and may be kept in normal business email and administration systems. Keep highly sensitive files behind your own private link until a project route or agreement is in place.
Analytics
We use Umami analytics to understand basic website usage, such as page visits and referral sources. This helps us improve the website and check whether outreach is working. Analytics data is used in aggregate and is not sold.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details only for as long as reasonably needed to handle the enquiry, maintain business records, or follow up on a potential project. If a project proceeds, separate project terms may apply.
Who it is shared with
We do not publish or sell your details. Information may be shared only where needed to operate the website, handle email, meet legal obligations, or support agreed project work.
Your choices
You can ask for your enquiry details to be corrected or deleted. Use the prototype brief form and write Privacy request in the notes field.
